Budding Artist at Work

Jenna was quietly drawing at her table with her new Markers (thanks grandma!) and then brought over this picture. She said she drew her family - too cute!
This is the first time where she has drawn people - she just kinda came up with it and I (being her Mom and all ) think it is sooo smart :)

Big, Bigger - Biggest!

We finally got Evan weighed today and he weighed in at a whopping 19.5 lbs! Wow - no wonder my arms get tiered. Jenna was 18 lbs at one year and he has passed her at 5 months.

Happy New Year!

Jenna can't figure out why we are all saying Happy New Year when we should be saying Happy 3 1/2 birthday to her. Who knew!
She is very excited to now be 3 1/2.
We had a very nice New Years Eve with our friends Michele, Brent, Emma and Zoe along with Ashleigh, Jeff and Zoey.
Brent got some cute video of the girls -I will ask if I can post a link.
It was a nice evening with Jenna and Emma actually playing upstairs on their own - a first around here.
A perfect way to ring in the New year - although I am pretty sure that we were all in bed before midnight. Everyone had left by 8 pm - kids really change life! For teh good though - for the good!
